We hope you love our fabrics as much as we do; we are passionate about the designs, the production standards, and the quality base material on which they are rendered.

A few details about the fabrics and the ordering process:

Memo Samples:

May be requested by email at info@cloudhousellc.com or through our representative at no charge to the Trade and should be received within 7-10 days of request. . Larger memo samples 21” x 18”may be ordered at a cost of $25 plus shipping.

Minimum Order:

2 yards for all designs.

Ordering:

Orders must be placed in writing through our representative. A 50% deposit is required upon placement of order with the remainder due prior to shipping. Fabrics should arrive within 2-3 weeks from placement of purchase order and submission of deposit. We accept checks, credit cards or EFTs. Shipping charges will apply in accordance with yardage ordered –see grid. We do not provide cuttings for approval. All of our fabrics are based on a control sample and the printing is consistent.

Special Orders:

design dependent, custom coloring is available upon request.

Claims:

All claims against Cloud House Studios, including defects, shortages and errors, must be made within seven days after receipt of the merchandise. Failure to make any claim within such period shall constitute acceptance of the merchandise and a waiver of said defects, shortages, errors or other claims. No claim shall be made in any event if the merchandise has been cut, hung or treated. Cloud House Studios’ liability shall not exceed the contract price and Cloud House Studios shall in no event be liable for labor charges or any other consequential damages.
